If this is not possible we can arrange a telephone consultation to ascertain your lifestyle, your style, likes and dislikes. An easy and effective way for us to understand you a little better.

Our staff will talk you through any aspects of your property search and will never rush you through. We will answer all your questions and agree a property search plan, including timings and budget.

Property Search and Honest Reports

Should you choose to use our services, we will research all properties available in your preferred location and to your brief. An honest report will be sent to you of suitable properties giving written and photographic details of the property, neighbourhood, amenities, nearby transport options and much more. We can look into available places at nearby schools. Throughout this process, we will stay in touch with you on a regular basis.

Viewings

Once you have decided to view a property we can accompany you to the viewing, should you wish. An orientation tour of the surrounding area is a fabulous way to get a real feel for the area and its amenities, allowing you to gather all the important knowledge and make a real assessment. Should you find a property that you wish to proceed with, we can research sale chains and current immediate area sales prices. We can also liaise with the sellers and negotiate for the property on your behalf.

Home makers

Our unique HOMEmakers service has proven invaluable to our clients. We understand that when moving to a new area it can be almost impossible to source help without any contacts or local knowledge.
