Initial Consultation
This service is free and you are under no obligation to proceed.
Personal Home Profile
If you choose to proceed, a retaining fee of £350 will be charged. We will research and view all suitable properties and issue a comprehensive report for each property for a period of 6 months.
Properties For Sale
Property Success Fee : 1% of the selling price or 15% of the negotiated reduction of the documented asking price, whichever is greater. The retaining fee will be deducted from this total.
Search Term : 6 months.
On the success of finding your home a Success Fee will be required on completion of the sale and can be arranged through your solicitor or an invoice sent to you directly. The fee is expected to be paid by you within 14 days of the completion date.
Properties For Rent
Property Success Fee : 'One to Two months’ rent, depending on rental price (negotiable between ourselves and the client).
Search Term : 6 months.
On the success of finding your home a Success Fee will be required on exchange of signed rental agreements and can be arranged through your solicitor or an invoice sent to you directly. The fee is expected to be paid by you within 14 days from when the agreement is signed. The retaining fee will be deducted from this total.
Home makers
All HOME makers packages are agreed with ourselves and the client. You simply pick out the services that suit your needs and we will discuss a package fee.
